The first step in listing on more marketplaces is to setup the marketplace account and link it to Branch8.
Here’s how you do it! Just fill our
New Marketplace Application Form and Branch8’s dedicated support team will follow up with you. After that, you can go check out how to do the integration with Branch8! It only takes 5 minutes to synchronize your products, prices, stock and orders.
Firstly, go to
View Orders. There’s 3 ways that you can sort your orders:
1. Filter by Status
2. Filter by Platform
3. Filter by Status AND Platform
You can even do both at once! Just simply click and select your Status and Marketplace.

In order to get Rakuten integrated, you will have to contact yourAccount Manager. If you do not have one, then contact

Settings page and login to connect your Rakuten Singapore account to Branch8.
